Hi there lovely…

My name is Katie. Photographing genuine moments in dreamy light is truly the best job in the world. I feel incredibly lucky to spend my days preserving love stories and creating images that bring people back to how it all felt.

I call Iowa home and do life with my husband, our son and two dogs. When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching anything HGTV, or editing beautiful memories from my latest weddings and sessions. I am originally from Wisconsin and a University of Iowa alum… it’s safe to say I am a true Midwest girl.

My couples come first.

Photography has always been a passion of mine and I’m endlessly grateful for the incredible clients who trust me to capture their most meaningful seasons of life. My goal as a photographer is to capture genuine connection, emotions and little moments that make your story unique. I photograph with professional Canon equipment and edit using Adobe software, while continuing to grow through workshops and education. Staying inspired and continuing to learn allows me to give my couples the very best experience.
