My name is Katie.

Photographing couples in dreamy, colorful, natural lighting is the coolest job ever! I live in Iowa with my husband & two pups, they bring so much joy to my life! I love catching up with family & friends, traveling the world and watching anything HGTV. In my free time you can find me editing photos from my recent sessions or weddings! Originally I’m from Wisconsin, but I attended the University of Iowa for college… so it’s safe to say, I’m your typical “midwest” girl.

My couples come first.

My goal as a wedding photographer is to capture real & authentic emotion. I take so much pride in the relationships I build with couples, some of which are lifetime friends of mine! I love “love” & can’t wait to hear about your love story!

I have always been interested in photography and am very thankful for my amazing clients who allow me to share my creativity with them! I shoot with my Canon DSLR and edit with Adobe professional software. I have taken formal photography courses & always continue to educate myself through online seminars & in-person workshops. Staying on top of my A-game is crucial!
